We are looking for someone who has:
Minimum 2 years of in house or agency experience at an Account Manager/ Social Media Manager level
An understanding and passion for equine and country pursuits
A positive and proactive team player, eager to work within a team yet be able to work independently and use your initiative
A flexible and open-minded approach, with the ability to confidently manage multiple client accounts and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent grammar, spelling and fact checking skills
Able to work under pressure and have the ability to forward plan to meet deadlines
Confident and accurate with emails and verbal communication with media, colleagues and clients
Great relationship building skills and enjoys meeting new people, collaborating with team members, clients and contacts
Highly organised with a proactive approach to leading client initiatives and activities
An analytical mindset to identify areas of success and improvement and an understanding of analytical tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Instagram Insights) and how these should inform content strategy
Ability to build or further establish a professional profile within relevant industry sectors via networking, social media presence and event attendance
Skilled in identifying opportunities for clients to meet their communications objectives
Experience in using the following programmes: Canva, Photoshop, Mailchimp
Role & Responsibilities:
Client relationship management
Serve as the main day to day point of contact for assigned clients, managing communications, expectations and overall satisfaction.
Manage your own workload while supporting team members to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Social media strategy and campaign execution
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop creative, platform-specific social media strategies.
Plan, organise, and execute campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with client objectives.
Content creation and community management
Create & schedule engaging content tailored to each platform, maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging.
Manage community engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions.
Attend events to capture live content and manage influencer collaborations for social media campaigns.
Identify and negotiate partnerships and contra deals on behalf of clients to enhance brand exposure and campaign value.
Reporting and performance analysis
Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics.
Prepare reports that demonstrate ROI, highlight successes, and identify areas for improvement.
Team collaboration & mentorship
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
Support & mentor executive team members contributing to their development and confidence.
Business development
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through upselling & cross-selling of social media services.
Contribute to new business pitches & assist in preparing proposals focused on social media strategy & execution.
Project coordination & administration
Coordinate timelines, progress reports, & administrative tasks related to social media projects.
Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, & action items.
Creative collaboration
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, & copywriters to produce high-quality social media content.
Industry insight
Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Maintain a strong understanding of developments within the equestrian & country lifestyle sectors to inform content & strategy.
Event attendance
Work closely with colleagues across the agency on media operations, campaign planning, and day-to-day account coordination.
Attend client and industry events to support content creation, including photography, videography, influencer collaborations and media operations.
Attendance at client events will be required outside of standard hours, with additional pay or time off in lieu
