The Opportunity: Assisting the Cardigan & Cross Inn Depot teams, your responsibilities will include: • Working in a retail sales environment processing cash and credit transactions • Identifying and maximising sales opportunities through high levels of customer service and knowledge of the products • Building customer relationships dealing with product related queries in a timely manner • Providing excellent customer service for customers • Supporting colleagues with product knowledge and stock-related matters as part of promotional campaigns within the store • Providing a first class service in a friendly, courteous and professional manner The Person: The successful person will: • Preferably have an agricultural background • Be self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative • Professionally support customers’ needs • Preferably hold a RAMA qualification (training provided for the right candidate) • Be willing to learn and take on new challenges as part of the role • Be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment In addition to a competitive salary you will receive: • Profit related annual bonus • Employee discount at Wynnstay Depots • 32 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays • Save As You Earn schemes • Free on-site parking Benefits: • Company pension • Employee discount • On-site parking Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: • Yearly bonus Experience: • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred) • customer service: 1 year (preferred) • agriculture: 1 year (preferred)
