Alternative Provision/ Changing Lives Through Horses Manager Are you an experienced educator ready to step beyond the mainstream classroom and lead something truly meaningful? We are seeking a passionate and driven Changing Lives Through Horses Lead to oversee and grow our alternative provision based at our fantastic equestrian centre. This is a unique opportunity to combine education, wellbeing, and equine facilitated learning to support young people who struggle in traditional settings. You will lead all aspects of the provision, from referrals and partnerships with schools and local authorities, to curriculum design, safeguarding, and day to day operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a genuine impact while shaping and expanding an innovative educational offer. What makes this role special?
