TopSpec Equine Ltd are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, highly innovative horse and dog feed company that is renowned throughout the industry for the nutritional integrity of its products.
We are looking for a dynamic person to offer back-up and support to our team of Nutritionists based at Pickhill near Thirsk. This department requires a very high standard of customer service and accuracy.
The varied role is office based and will involve:
· Dealing with incoming telephone calls
· Email correspondence
· Order taking
· Administrative support to the nutrition team
· General office duties
Essential qualities for the applicant:
· Confident telephone manner
· Positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
· Able to follow instructions & use initiative
· Well mannered, polite, reliable and of smart appearance
· The ideal candidate will have equine experience
This is a unique opportunity for an individual interested in horses to gain a wide range of experience with the BETA Award Winning team. The position is full time and based in bright modern offices in a stunning rural location therefore own transport is essential.
TopSpec offer an excellent remuneration package including pension, based on experience.
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
