Digital Marketing Executive

Join our team as Digital Marketing Executive! Chester Race Company is seeking a creative and commercially focused individual to join the Marketing Team as a Digital Marketing Executive on a 12 month Contract. Working closely with the Racing Marketing Manager, you’ll lead digital activity across Chester and Bangor-on-Dee, supporting event sales, customer engagement and wider marketing objectives. General Responsibilities include: Support the development and delivery of annual digital marketing plans Own digital channels and assets, including email, web, social, mobile and e-ticketing Plan and deliver digital campaigns to support event sales Manage SEO, PPC, paid social and digital advertising activity Monitor performance, produce reports and demonstrate ROI Grow the customer database and provide customer and market insight Support digital brand management and identify new technologies and opportunities Essential criteria: Minimum 2 years’ commercial digital marketing experience, in-house or agency Experience with email marketing platforms, websites and CMS Knowledge of SEO, PPC, display and social media marketing Experience delivering effective, multi-channel digital campaigns Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills Desirable criteria: Experience in events, hospitality, leisure or sport Experience with CRM, e-ticketing or database marketing Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital reporting tools About Chester Race Company: Chester Race Company Ltd is one of the North West’s best-known and most-admired brands. Salary: £28,000 per annum Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. CRC is an event company; you will be required to work some weekends and evenings. Any work beyond the contracted hours will be eligible for time off in lieu. CRC has a flexible approach to working hours, which should be agreed with your line manager.
