Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Digital Systems Lead located in Shrewley at The Pony Club. The Digital Systems Lead will be responsible for delivering effective IT ststem management, providing technical support for the organisations website (WordPress) and the CRM and acting as a key stakeholder in the development of eCommerce platform. This role will play a central part in supporting the digital growth of The Pony Club by ensuring the smooth operation and evolution of internal systems and outward facing digital platforms. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Project Management experience Strong Communication skills Expertise in Digital Strategy Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience in the equestrian industry is a plus Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft 365, WordPress and CRN systems
