We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and detail-focused Equestrian Marketing & Business Assistant to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone finishing college or starting their career who wants hands-on experience in both the equestrian and marketing industries. Full training and support will be provided, we’re looking for attitude and potential just as much as experience.
This varied role combines marketing support with day-to-day business tasks, offering real insight into how a busy equestrian brand operates.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting social media and marketing activity
• Assisting with content creation and brand communications
• Helping with general business administration
• Supporting customer and retailer communications
• Assisting with product launches and promotional activity
• Helping the packing and processing team when required during busy periods
• Supporting show preparation and occasionally assisting on trade stands at events

Key Responsibilities
• Supporting day-to-day marketing activity across digital channels
• Assisting with content creation (social media, email and website updates)
• Creating simple marketing graphics using Canva
• Helping organise campaigns, launches and promotions
• Supporting general administration and operational tasks
• Assisting with order packing and processing when needed
• Supporting trade stand preparation and show logistics
• Contributing ideas and supporting the team with growth opportunities
Experience
• Practical or industry-based equestrian knowledge
• Basic experience using Canva
• Understanding of social media platforms
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with basic office software
• Highly trainable with a willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Flexible and able to support different areas of the business
Job Type
Full-time - 6 month rolling contract.
Hours
Full Time - Office Based
Monday - Friday - 8:30am – 5:00pm
