Soho Equestrian is expanding into mainland Europe, and we’re looking for an exceptional equestrian sales agent to represent the brand across the Netherlands and Germany.
We make elevated, British-designed equestrian apparel that blends performance with heritage style. Our pieces are worn by riders who care as much about feel and function as they do about timeless turnout. With strong momentum in the UK and a growing international following, we’re now building our EU wholesale presence with the right person on the ground.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for developing wholesale accounts and growing brand presence across:
Netherlands
Germany
This is a field-based, independent agent role suited to someone already working within the equestrian retail space, or ready to step into a flexible sales position with a premium brand.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and secure new wholesale stockists in NL & DE
Build strong long-term relationships with retailers and equestrian hubs
Present collections in a way that matches our premium, heritage positioning
Attend relevant trade shows, events, and regional competitions where useful
Gather feedback from the market to shape strategy and product demand
Act as the local face of Soho Equestrian — with professionalism and pride
Who We’re Looking For
You’re genuinely part of the equestrian world (rider, competitor, coach, retailer, or long-time industry professional)
Existing network of retailers/stockists in the Netherlands and/or Germany
Proven sales experience, ideally within equestrian/luxury/sports retail
Confident pitching a premium product and handling objections smoothly
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
Strong communication skills in Dutch and/or German, plus good English
You understand what riders want — and how shops make buying decisions
