We are seeking an Equestrian Sales Manager to join our team at Ariat, a global leading manufacturer of innovative performance equestrian footwear, apparel and accessories. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales and growing our business across all categories, including Equestrian, Country Performance, Work, and Western. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with both online and offline retail accounts to increase revenue. • Develop and execute the strategic plan for key accounts to achieve and strive to exceed sales targets • Maintain a strong and effective brand presence, including appropriate in-store merchandising and online • Create demand and develop the brand within the region • Cultivate strong working relationships with all internal Ariat personnel • Prepare and own the GTM plans for most relevant customers for the area • Responsible for market analysis of respective area, to report to Head of Sales • Coaching, motivating, and managing the customers in line with the yearly and seasonal GTM objectives • Ensure reporting and necessary administration is done in a professional manner and on time • Work with Customer Service, Demand Planning and Operations to ensure smooth product flow where booking in and order book management is needed • Form a close working relationship with company management team to ensure good understanding of business and support business initiatives Qualifications: Degree or equivalent, clean valid driving license Skills: Confident decision making, problem-solving, analytical and data reporting, strong communication, organisation and prioritisation, teamwork, presentation, customer service, IT literacy including MS Office (especially Excel) Knowledge and Experience: 3+ years area management experience working with retail and key accounts, successful track record working with retail accounts to increase revenue, brand building and product marketing, use of analytics to support business decisions Attributes: Self-motivated, willing & able to get involved to help solve issues within the team, flexible, passion for product, personal drive, results orientated, integrity and strong business ethics Key Results Required: • 100% delivery of departmental tasks and individual responsibilities • 100% delivery of KPIs as identified via Success factors
