Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Equine Groom to join our team at GP Equestrian services. DRIVING IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily care and maintenance of horses, ensuring their health, safety, and overall wellbeing. The position involves hands-on work. Responsibilities • Grooming horses • Assisting with feeding routines and monitoring horse health and behaviour • Maintaining stables and paddocks, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-organised • Performing minor repairs on equipment using hand tools and power tools as needed. • Handling heavy lifting tasks such as moving feed bags or equipment safely Skills • Experience with animal care, particularly equine management. • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently • Strong organisational skills to manage daily routines effectively • Good communication skills • Independent working This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about animal welfare, are physically fit, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of care. £12.21–£13.00 an hour
