An opportunity has arisen within our Lanark practice for a full time receptionist, providing services to our Equine clients. The role is first point of contact for our clients, therefore is crucial in helping us deliver outstanding levels of client and animal care. This can only be achieved through excellent teamwork from all our passionate, hardworking and caring receptionists, nursing team and vets.
The role primarily involves:
Telephone answering
Booking appointments
Customer service
Administrative tasks
You will be part of a team committed to providing an outstanding service to our clients and their horses. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must be adaptable, and committed to providing every customer with a positive experience, every time. The role therefore requires excellent communication skills and computer literacy. An interest in horses is advantageous with reception and customer service experience preferred.
Key information:
Very supportive practice and colleagues
Full time - 5 days a week
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Role is paid at either National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage dependant on age
