We are currently seeking a full- time Equine Sales Specialist based in Northern England Applicants must already reside within the North of England. An understanding of equine feed/supplements would be advantageous, but training and on-going support will be provided. We offer an excellent remuneration package including company car, pension, IT equipment and performance related bonuses to the successful candidate. So, if you’re passionate about the equine feed industry and have a high drive for results, then come and join our highly talented team. Initial interviews will be held via video call. Application closing date is 6th June. Duties Maximising the Commercial Success of the Region. Successfully implementing and reporting on the Operational Plan for the Region. Implementing a successful New Business strategy. Meeting agreed sales and revenue collection targets. Providing effective operational support to other sales team colleagues. The candidate will have: Practical equine experience and knowledge of the Thoroughbred/ sports horse industry is essential. Highly motivated, with a proven track record in sales, Strong negotiation and communication skills. The ability to build strong relationships with new and existing customers. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to work alone, as well as part of a small team. A personable, positive and professional manner when dealing with customers. A full, clean driving licence Nutritional or Equine Science qualifications desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
