We’re looking for a motivated and confident Head Groom / Yard Manager to join our busy eventing and livery yard. This is a full-time role for someone who takes pride in high standards of horse care and enjoys being part of a positive, supportive team.
You’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of the yard, including organising routines, maintaining a tidy and efficient yard environment, and ensuring the welfare of our horses. Confidence handling fit, young, and competition horses is essential. You should be skilled in clipping, plaiting, trimming, and producing horses to a smart standard.
A can-do attitude, good communication, and reliability are musts. While experience is preferred, we are happy to offer training for the right person who is keen to grow into the role.
We offer a fun working atmosphere, a friendly team, and the opportunity to work with quality event horses. Riding is available but not essential.
