Horse Riding Instructor

We are looking for an experienced Riding Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equine coaching and teaching, with a focus on developing riders of all levels. Responsibilities • Deliver engaging and effective riding lessons tailored to individual skill levels and goals. • Develop training programmes that enhance riders' technical skills, confidence, and overall performance. • Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement. • Ensure the safety and well-being of both riders and horses during lessons and events. • Maintain a clean and safe environment for both horses and riders. Qualifications • A deep understanding of horse care, behaviour, and training principles. • Relevant qualifications or certifications in coaching or equestrian studies (ie BHS Stage 2 or above) • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
