Fletchers Farm Livery yard is looking for a new staff member to join the team. Full or part time. The ideal applicant must be reliable, able to work at a fast pace, follow a work plan, pay attention to detail and think with their own initiative both alone and as part of the team.
The role includes general yard duties and lots of leading a variety of horses. No ridden work. Days can be discussed but will include 4 weekend days per month hours 8am - 4.30pm. Applicant must have some equine experience and be confident around horses but training in handling horses and yard work is provided. A Driving licence is necessary to drive the yard vehicle for field work. This is a huge yard that offers a lot of experience with all types and sizes of horses.
