Retraining of Racehorses (RoR) is British Horseracing’s official equine charity established in 2000 for the welfare of horses that have retired from racing.
RoR are seeking a professional and self-motivated individual to assist the Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications in developing and executing RoR’s comprehensive marketing and communications strategy.
To play a key role in communicating with our members, stakeholders, and the press to raise the profile of the charity’s work. This will include managing email campaigns, digital and social media channels, and creating and updating content on our website.
Additionally, this role involves collaborating with the media to ensure effective coverage of our initiatives and achievements.
You will be responsible for crafting compelling messages that resonate with our diverse audience, ensuring consistent and engaging communication across all platforms. This includes monitoring and analysing the performance of our digital efforts to refine strategies and maximise reach and impact. Your contributions will be pivotal in enhancing RoR’s visibility and support, ultimately driving our mission forward.
