For more than 15 years, Royal Equestrian has represented leading luxury equestrian brands such as Samshield, Equiline, and De Niro. With both an established online store and a premium in-store experience, our mission is to deliver the highest standard of shopping for riders who value exceptional style, quality, and individuality.
This is a varied, hands-on position where each day offers something different. You will help ensure Royal Equestrian remains the preferred destination for discerning riders. A strong equine background is highly beneficial, while product training will be provided, your existing knowledge will help you succeed from day one.
Key responsibilities:
Customer Service & Communication
• Deliver responsive and professional customer support via email and phone.
• Handle enquiries, resolve issues and share accurate product information.
• Work closely with colleagues and management to maintain a seamless customer experience.
Retail & Logistics Support
• Pick, pack and dispatch online orders with accuracy.
• Arrange, receive and check courier deliveries, ensuring all items are correct.
• Restock, rotate and barcode products in the showroom and storage areas.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone, offering knowledgeable product advice.
• Process orders and manage payments efficiently.
Office Administration
• Support daily administrative tasks and general office operations.
• Maintain and update databases and internal records.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Salary: £24,500 – £27,500 per year
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in the equestrian sector (required)
