With such a dynamic mix of venues and services, no two days are ever the same. • General Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival • Check and validate tickets • Serve as the first point of contact for general enquiries • Carry out car park stewarding duties, ensuring the safe entry and exit of vehicles • Monitor and maintain crowd safety at all times • In the event of an emergency or evacuation, follow safety procedures and guide guests to exit the venue safely • What We’re Looking For: • A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude • Strong guest experience skills • Confidence communicating in conversational English • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure • Desirable qualifications include Level 2 Spectator Safety and First Aid at Work • This role requires you to be over the age of 18 As a mandatory requirement of this role, you will undertake training in Level 2 Spectator Safety within 12 months of working with us.    Pay Rates (inclusive of holiday pay): £14.60 per hour £15.25 per hour (Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification obtained) Shifts & Availability: Your schedule, your choice!
