Job Description
The Retail Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the store and its staff. The main focus is to ensure that each customer receives the best possible shopping experience. This is a hands-on customer facing role with supervisory responsibilities. This is a permanent position and will include weekend work.
Key responsibilities
To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
To create a friendly and positive shopping environment
To lead your team and monitor their training and motivating your staff
Ensure stock replenishment is carried out regularly and efficiently
Skills & Experience Required
A confident, outgoing individual with a natural skill for building relationships.
Highly motivated with strong organisational skills
A thorough grounding in equestrian knowledge
Proven successful experience in supervision
A keen passion for our brand and enthusiasm for our product.
A strong track record of punctuality and personal presentation.
