We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our store operations and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to create an engaging shopping experience for our customers. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Duties
Supervise and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a positive shopping environment.
Implement sales management strategies to enhance store performance and drive revenue growth.
Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, and merchandising.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with company guidelines.
Handle administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
Requirements
Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
Strong skills in supervising teams and managing performance.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in administrative tasks related to retail operations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
A passion for retail with a customer-focused mindset.
Equine knowledge is an advantage.
The role is 5 days a week to include alternate weekend working
Candidates must reside within 45 minutes to the store based at CM4 0ES
