Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated B2B sales professional to join our team as a sales executive. This role is pivotal to the success of Horsemart by taking ownership of driving B2B sales of its online advertising solutions. The successful candidate would take responsibility for sourcing, identifying and converting potential clients, building strong relationships and growing revenue streams. An ideal applicant would come with an equestrian background and knowledge but is not essential. This role offers an opportunity to shape the growth of a core brand of the Friday Media Group.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and identify potential clients within target industries
• Approach new clients with a consultative sales style to grow Horsemart’s customer base and build strong relationships, allowing account revenue growth. Contact through phone calls, email and other avenues
• Present and demonstrate our advertising solutions to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
• Negotiate and finalise contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
• Execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in success where necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM software.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach when necessary
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably in online advertising, digital media, or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Highly organised with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
• Creative problem solver with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• An equestrian background is not required but would be advantageous.

Pay Starting: £26,000 to £28,000 DOE per year (plus uncapped commission)
