• Process orders and act as the key contact for B2B accounts
• Deliver product knowledge training to stockists, sponsored riders, and retail partners
• Assist in developing training resources, product information packs, and commercial materials
• Contribute product and customer insights to the sales and marketing teams
• Work with the marketing team to create blog and social media content for customer education and engagement
• Accurately track and report on your success in team meetings
• Represent Hilton Herbs at trade events and shows when required (some evening and weekend work will be required)
What We’re Looking For:
• A degree in an equine-related subject (e.g. Equine Science, Equine Nutrition, Equine Business, Equine Management), or extensive equine experience
• Strong understanding of equine care and the needs of horse owners and professionals
• Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with both trade customers and horse owners
• Interest in sales, product support, and the commercial side of the equine industry
• Proactive, organised, and eager to learn—ideal for a graduate-level candidate

• Some customer-facing or retail experience would be an advantage
