Kerry Lee is an ambitious and successful jump trainer. The yard focuses on boutique-style training with one to one attention focusing on each horse. We’re seeking a dedicated and confident work rider to join our friendly and professional team. About the Role: Riding a variety of racehorses in a variety of disciplines including fast work, hacking, flat work and schooling if desired Working with an experienced team to help prepare horses for the racecourse Opportunity to go racing if desired Full-time (39 hours) or mornings-only (33.5 hours) available What We’re Looking For: Previous experience riding sport horses or racehorses is essential Confident and sympathetic in the saddle Team player with a good work ethic Reliable, punctual, and passionate about horses and racing What We Offer: Excellent work-life balance with rota-based working Opportunities to go racing across the UK and potentially abroad Competitive pay, dependent on experience Friendly, ambitious and supportive team environment Modern facilities and high standards of horse welfare
